It’s Testimony Tuesday!

Most people don’t understand God’s design for their lives. This can lead to many insecurities and questions, especially during pivotal seasons of life. We believe God created each person to fulfill a unique purpose through their work. Time invested in the wrong career can lead to frustration and hopelessness. For decades, Crown’s helped professionals and young adults chart a course for work they love.

Several colleges have implemented our Career Direct assessment with their students. Montana Bible College wrote us saying, “…it’s a gift for our students to see how they’re uniquely designed and be able to pursue careers where they can work in that design. I really think that our students will be better prepared when they graduate because we’ve been able to counsel them with this partnership with Career Direct.” The Dean of Students told us they’re using the assessment to help choose their Resident Assistant team. They’ve had the “good” problem of many qualified applicants seeking to fill roles on the team. So, they turned to Career Direct assessments to see if they could provide insight, and they did!

He wrote, “With the quantifiable data disseminated through the survey results, some of the intangible “hunches” and general sense of strengths of the candidates became concrete and clear. This led us to very confident choices and a well-rounded team of resident assistants. Their maturity, skill sets, and personality mix serve our student population with excellence!
