Testimony Tuesday – Crown Poland & Romania
Crown is expanding in Europe.
One of the joys of my role at Crown is teaching in various places around the world. In April, we attended Crown’s Gathering in Warsaw, Poland. Leaders came from Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Lithuania, and the UK. We explored how to live, lead, and steward faithfully in a world experiencing rapid economic and spiritual changes.
I taught on the Economics of Righteousness and the Virtuous Cycle, highlighting how biblical financial principles bring lasting blessing. I also talked about global trends shaping the future and offered a biblical response to financial uncertainty. We then headed to Romania, where I did more teaching and conducted a session on leadership. While there, the leader of Crown Romania arranged for me to be interviewed on Credo TV. I shared God’s view of money versus man’s view. It opened the door to an exciting new partnership.
Credo TV is now translating our God Provides film series into Romanian, along with the Family and Finance series that my wife and I did. The plan is to broadcast these as part of its programming. This collaboration will expand the reach of Crown’s biblical stewardship message to Romanian-speaking audiences. Isaiah 55:11 says that God’s word will not return to Him empty, but will accomplish what He desires and achieve the purpose for which He sent it. Please join me in praying for our work in Europe.
Now, this September we’re celebrating Crown’s 50th anniversary. I’ll be teaching a session on God’s economy. Come join us September the 10th through the 12th in Knoxville, Tennessee. Register today at crown.org/50years.
