In Indonesia, Crossing Cultures International, also known as CCI, equips believers with biblical principles that transform every area of life, including how they view and manage their finances. This year, CCI conducted a customized version of Crown’s Bible on Money Seminar. It helps participants understand what Scripture teaches about stewardship, contentment, and honoring the Lord with their resources. People learn to apply God’s Word to their financial decisions as well as to their daily lives.

One woman shared that a key takeaway from the seminar was learning how to manage personal finances and developing a sense of contentment. She suggests that the training be held multiple times a year and also be conducted in all churches. She believes the lessons are essential for both pastors and congregations. One man testified that the seminar taught him to manage his finances according to God’s principles. After attending, he realized the mistakes he had made in handling money and felt the need to repent.

Many believers fail to realize that the Bible contains more than 2,500 verses about money and possessions. It declares that everything belongs to the Lord and that we are stewards of all that He entrusts to us. So rather than thinking about how you’re going to spend “your” money, ponder how you should manage God’s money. It will transform your life, like those in Indonesia!
