Teaching Children to Wait

Andrea’s kids were so upset. They wanted the new video game badly and were devastated when she told them she wouldn’t buy it for them. You would have thought their world was falling apart! But Andrea knew that the best life lesson is sometimes saying “no”.

What Andrea’s kids didn’t know was that she had already bought the video game for them, and was going to give it to them for Christmas.

A little patience and delayed gratification was going to go a long way for her kids.

Do you ever feel out of control when God does the same for you? He knows what’s best and has a great plan and perfect timing.

So let me encourage you to trust Him. He has a wonderful plan for your life and finances, even if you can’t see it yet.
