Give Now

Give First, Save Second

It’s Generosity day!

If you get your financial house in order you’ll have the freedom to make wise decisions and generously help others. Solomon said, The wise man saves for the future, but the foolish man spends whatever he gets.” (Proverbs 21:20) To avoid “foolish” living, determine to spend less than you make. You’ll gain margin to give and save.

So make a budget. Postpone unnecessary purchases. Avoid using credit cards if you can’t pay the balance each month. Limit social media. It’s a thief of time and money. Track your spending so that you can conquer weaknesses. The sacrifices made in the short-term will reward you with the freedom to give and save more.
