Crazy Money Day – Generous Tipping

It’s Crazy Money Day! A crazy, generous tip can inspire hope!

Back in March, the Ohio governor closed all bars and restaurants to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. The staff of a restaurant watched the announcement with shock wondering how they would pay rent or provide for their family.

Unbeknownst to them, a regular customer also heard that announcement. He left a $2,500 tip! That brought the staff to tears. Though he dedicated it to five servers, they agreed to share it between all twelve employees. His generosity spurred generosity among the receivers. How Beautiful! God enriches us in every way so that we can be generous on every occasion. (2 Corinthians 9:11)
