Christmas Day

Today we ponder the most glorious gift of ALL time – Jesus, the Son of God!

Well, Merry Christmas! Today’s the day we celebrate Christ’s birth, God’s gift to us all, planned from the creation of the world.

As C. S. Lewis said: “The Son of God became a man to enable men to become sons of God.”

Consider what Scripture says:

“… when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.” (Galatians 4:4)

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” (John 3:16)

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God…” (Ephesians 2:4-8)

I want you to receive it and to live for it!
