Joe Panter

Joe has been an executive and investor in the real estate business for more than 30 years. He began his career in the Private Business practice of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell, a multifaceted practice that advises entrepreneurial companies on various financial services, including tax and accounting as well as feasibility analysis and financing strategies.

He has participated in the development, financing and management of more than one billion dollars of retail, office, multi-family, hotel and industrial properties in 20 different states. Since co-founding Caddis Partners in 2005, Joe’s real estate investment activities have been devoted to medical and healthcare assets through Caddis and its affiliates.

In addition to Joe’s real estate activities, he has been involved in merchant banking, and venture capital investing.

Joe and his wife are involved in various volunteer civic and faith organizations. They live in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and have three adult children and one grandchild.
