Material orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via FedEx. Normal delivery for regular shipments can be expected within 4 – 9 business days. For Saturday delivery or if another shipping method is required, please contact our office.

All returned items require an authorization code and must be received by our warehouse in new condition to obtain a refund. Note: software, audio CDs, and DVD’s must be returned unopened. Sales on special order, print on demand (POD), discontinued and clearance items are final. All returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee.
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customer is responsible for the cost, packaging and delivery of returned items in new condition. Shipping insurance is recommended. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
