Christmas Budgeting

There are usually two kinds of Christmas shoppers – those who do all their shopping before Black Friday, and those who do all their shopping after Black Friday. Which one are you?

My wife would be the before Black Friday kind of shopper…and I’m the Christmas Eve kind of shopper! She bought Christmas pajamas for all our grandkids weeks ago!

And no matter what kind of shopper you are, the best way to prevent credit card debt during the holidays is to plan ahead, save ahead, and budget ahead.

And if you still have some Christmas shopping left, avoid overspending and racking up debt. Make a list, check it twice, create a Christmas budget before you get in the stores – and then pay in cash. Tis the season to be jolly – not to become indebted!
