Testimony Tuesday – Sharing Financial Principles in Dominican Republic

Our late founder, Larry Burkett, never dreamed of all the nations that would be impacted by this ministry. 

My friend, pastor Luis Rea, and his wife traveled from Venezuela to the Dominican Republic earlier this year. There, they led a powerful Crown Money Map training. More than 100 participants were equipped to become trainers in their own communities. Pastors, organizational leaders, and nonprofit workers attended. They expressed deep gratitude for receiving a practical tool to help reduce poverty in the areas where they serve.

Sharing Biblical truth strengthens families and creates freedom. The Apostle Paul constantly passed along what Christ taught him. In 2 Timothy 2:2, he tells Timothy to entrust truth to “faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” Paul didn’t just preach; he multiplied teachers, and the gospel spread across the Roman world.

In Acts 18, Priscilla and Aquila heard Apollos preaching. They realized that his understanding was incomplete. They privately explained to him “the way of God more accurately.” As a result, Apollos became a more powerful and effective teacher.

In John 4, the Samaritan woman encountered Christ at the well. After listening to him, she ran back to her town and told everyone what she had learned: “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did!” Because of her willingness to share what she heard, many others believed. Consider the financial principles that you’ve learned. Someone’s breakthrough may be waiting on your willingness to share.
