Testimony Tuesday – Crown and the Pando App

Christ is setting the captives free even behind bars!

Pando is a revolutionary free app that delivers faith-driven content to inmates. Crown’s material is available to incarcerated men and women needing hope and help. One resource we provide is a documentary story produced by Crown, called Freedom Behind Bars. It’s the story of Dana. She never dreamed she’d be an inmate, but a back injury led to opioid addiction and grand theft. In jail, she learned that most were there due to money issues. With no helpful resources available, she decided to train inmates to handle money God’s way after she became free.

An inmate found the documentary on the Pando app and sent us the following testimony. “…I was once lost, but now I’m found. Praise God. I’ve lived a life of drugs and thugs, but God has removed those ways from me and placed pure and honest things in my heart. He has made me an overcomer, helped me become a wiser woman, and given me a strong desire to help others so they don’t go down the worldly road I once walked. I’m ready to prosper and share with the world what God is doing and what He can do for you as well.”

Though not incarcerated, many are enslaved because of false beliefs about money. The solution is found in Romans 12:2: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Manage money God’s way, like we teach on Pando, and you’ll be free indeed!
