Susan Ellington

Director of Content and U.S. Outreach

Susan went through her first Crown study in 2003, shortly after sensing God’s prompting to leave her management position with a global corporation. Although she had been a Christian for several decades, the Crown study helped her understand what it meant to fully surrender everything to Christ’s Lordship.

Susan developed a passion for sharing the stewardship principles that had personally impacted her in such a significant way. Then in 2004, she joined Crown’s Field Team as a State Director for Missouri. She has served in various leadership roles for the ministry over the last 15 years.

Her current position allows her to be part of a team that develops content to disciple others as faithful stewards. She also works directly with organizational customers across the United States, helping them build sustainable stewardship ministries to transform the culture of their church or business. Her greatest joy is seeing people’s lives redeemed by the power of God’s Word — just as hers has been.

Susan lives in Missouri near her son, daughter-in-law, and their extended family. She has served as the Crown Coordinator at her local church for 10 years, where more than 2,000 people have been trained to be good and faithful stewards of God’s resources.
