Material orders are shipped via Priority Mail or United Parcel
Service. Normal delivery for regular shipments can be expected
within 5-10 working days.
Return Policy:
It is our desire to equip you with quality resources to meet your needs and goals. Should a product not meet your expectation, please call our Customer Support team at 1-800-722-1976 within 30 days of purchase date to discuss resolution.
All returned items require an authorization code and must be received in new condition to obtain a refund. Note: software, audio CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes must be returned unopened. Sales on clearance items are final.
Shipping responsibility - Shipper is responsible for the cost, packaging and delivery of returned items in new condition. Shipping insurance is recommended.
