How’s your waistline these days? Well, you’d think with all the belt-tightening going on because of the recession, Americans would be losing weight, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Health experts are concerned that a lot of us have actually been gaining weight as the economy languishes. Why’s that? Well, by trying to save money on groceries, we may be making some poor food choices, according to a recent MarketWatch article. Here are 3 ways the recession may be affecting our health:
