We all make mistakes. It's part of life. Although financial mistakes can be painful, they also help us to make better decisions in the future. Crown's volunteer Money Map coaches help people overcome past mistakes by getting their finances under control. Today, Jocelin Boutet, Crown's Money Map Coach Manager, joins Chuck to talk about lessons learned from making poor financial decisions. Jocelin began with Crown as a volunteer in 2005. She first came on staff 3 1/2 years ago to oversee Crown's online coaching efforts and recently accepted the position of Manager for all of Crown's 2200 volunteer coaches.
