Shipping Methods:
Material orders are shipped via Priority Mail or United Parcel
Service. Normal delivery for regular shipments can be expected
within 5-10 working days.
Return Policy:
Any item that fails to meet your expectations may be returned
to us for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs)
within 90 days of the purchase date. Items must be
in new condition or a refund will not be possible. Please
know that software, audio CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes must be
returned unopened. Sales on clearance items are final.

needed for all returns.
Attention Churches, Schools
and Resellers!
You must call Crown’s customer
care team to obtain a Return Preauthorization
Number (credits will not be issued without this
number). A credit will be issued for the product
when it is received at Crown. (Shipping and handling
charges are not credited. All returns are subject
to a possible 15% restocking fee.) Please know
we will not accept returns of discontinued materials
or on items that are not in “new”
condition.
