Shipping Methods:
Material orders are shipped via Priority Mail or United Parcel Service. Normal delivery for regular shipments can be expected within 5-10 working days.

Return Policy:
It is our desire to equip you with quality resources to meet your needs and goals. Should a product not meet your expectation, please call our Customer Support team at 1-800-722-1976 within 90 days of purchase date to discuss resolution.

All returned items require an authorization code and must be received in new condition to obtain a refund. Note: software, audio CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes must be returned unopened. Sales on clearance items are final.

Shipping responsibility - Shipper is responsible for the cost, packaging and delivery of returned items in new condition. Shipping insurance is recommended.

You must call Crown’s customer care team to obtain a Return Preauthorization Number (credits will not be issued without this number). A credit will be issued for the product when it is received at Crown. (Shipping and handling charges are not credited. All returns are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee.) Please know we will not accept returns of discontinued materials or on items that are not in “new” condition.
