Starting Crown in Your Church

Thank you for choosing materials that teach more than budgeting and getting out of the debt—they teach God’s way of handling money through the principles in His Word. And, teaching directly from God’s Word brings true life transformation!

Crown has designed a collection of Church Teaching Solutions to equip people of all ages. Using a variety of materials and formats, there is a learning experience to accommodate individual preferences and teaching methods.

The strong biblical foundation for all of Crown’s materials is the basis for the effectiveness of our teaching solutions.

Here are some steps you can take to begin implementing a church program that has real potential for positive life change.  

1. Introduce Crown to church leadership. Sit down with your pastor and share the ministry of Crown with them via our Web site. Watch the Crown Celebration Video together. You may also want to include one of Crown’s field representative in this meeting. They offer their help as a service to you and your church.
   
   
2. Recruit a Church Coordinator. Work with church leadership to determine a good church member to serve as a Church Coordinator for your Crown ministry. Refer to the Church Manual for some requirements that this individual should fulfill before being assigned the task of implementing Crown in your church.
   
   
3. Decide on the plan. We suggest starting with Crown’s Introductory Teaching Solution called Road to Financial Freedom. During or after this 4-week, churchwide series, we recommend starting a comprehensive financial teaching program with some of the recommended Crown Teaching Solutions. Choose the resources that will best meet the needs of your church members.
   
   
4. Implement the plan. After you have chosen the Crown Teaching Solutions materials you want to teach, implement the plan. A very detailed Church Manual to starting Crown in your church is available.
