Terry Parker
Attorney at Law

Terry Parker is a retired attorney of the Atlanta law firm of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC. He has over thirty-eight years of experience in wills, trusts, estates, and tax exempt organizations. His law degrees include a Master of Law in Taxation and a Doctor of Law. He is Chairman of the Board of The Gathering and of the National Christian Foundation, an organization which has contributed over $500 million to Christian organizations over the past ten years. He also serves on the board of The Christian Legal Society. He lectures at no charge throughout the country on behalf of the ministries he serves on issues involving wills, estates, trusts, private foundations, supporting organizations, donor advised funds, the transition of wealth from one generation to the next, and the tax and spiritual issues involved in charitable giving.

In addition to being admitted to the practice of law before all Georgia State Courts, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court, he also is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

His military service includes the United States Air Force and the JAG Corps of the United States Navy. Terry and his wife, Paula, have three children and four grandchildren.
