Christy Speer
Vice President North America Field, Equipping

Christy Speer first entered the medical field as a practitioner and then moved into executive hospital administration. After completing her second Masters degree (MBA), she served the last 20 years in the venture capital and banking worlds helping to turn businesses around.

God led Christy out of the secular business world and into the most rewarding role of service yet—as Vice President of the North American Field-Equipping. She started with Crown as an Area Director overseeing 21 states in the North US and then took on additional oversight of the North American Field.

Christy has been featured through the years in many business forums focusing on coaching to the next level of performance for senior executives and has spoken in various venues instructing people how to glorify God with their finances in their personal and business lives.

Through the years being featured as an expert on Executive Coaching, Christy also served as Director of Stewardship for her church and worked to paint a vision of reaching every member of her church with God’s financial principles. The Lord then led her to a broader vision of helping other churches accomplish the fulfillment of their vision and objectives. Her heart’s desire is to do whatever the Lord allows to plant seeds in churches across America so that millions will hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Christy and her husband, Casey, have 3 daughters, Aurora, Abigail and Augusta; 1 son-in-law, Brent and 3 granddaughters, Addy, Asa & Ashlyn. They hail from the beautiful hills of southern Indiana.
