Christy Speer
Vice President, North America Field

Christy Speer joined Crown in 2003 as an Area Director overseeing 21 states in the Northern US. In 2007 she was charged to serve as Vice President of North America Field.  

In addition to overseeing the North American Field Leadership Team Christy’s responsibilities include development and leadership of the North America Field Strategy, Cross Cultural Sales, North American Operations and Volunteer Ministries. Her goal is to multiply teams and equip leaders throughout North America so that they can serve the local church as they learn, apply, and teach God’s financial principles.

In the late 1990’s God moved Christy from the secular world of executive banking with Wells Fargo Banks (as VP of Sales over the Northern Banking Group) into full-time ministry as Director of Stewardship for her local church.  With God-given expertise in the executive financial world, Christy has served as Executive Coach and Sales Trainer to CEOs in the banking industry. As well, she has taught Rapid Sales Growth and Executive Engagement to numerous groups of various industries.

Christy has an MBA with a Specialty in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University, an MA in Audiological Sciences, and a BS in Speech and Hearing Sciences both from Ball State University. Christy and her husband, Casey, have three grown daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and four granddaughters. They currently reside in southern Indiana.
