Ben LeVan
Vice President, Human Resources

Ben LeVan has served as the Vice President for Human Resources since October of 2007. Ben is responsible for empowering the Crown staff for ministry by building an engaging culture supporting the organization’s growing staffing and development needs. He is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and has over 15 years of HR experience in senior leadership roles. Ben has a love for teaching and served as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan College before moving to Georgia.

Ben has his B.A. from the College of Wooster in Ohio, and he is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. Ben and his wife Stephanie have been married since 1999 and have two children.
